Requirements 2+ years of experience in writing content (Install/Admin/User guides) for software products and applications. Good knowledge in English grammar and language. Good understanding of complex domains, technologies, and authoring tools. Must have ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a simplified form. Ability to learn quickly and ramp up to speed. Should have knowledge on SDLC and DDLC Must have a hands-on experience in Adobe FrameMaker or Oxygen XML Editor or Madcap Flare. Minimum experience in Adobe RoboHelp (Optional) Minimum knowledge on MSTP (Microsoft Style for Technical Publication) Must have a knowledge on DITA and CMS. Ability to learn, understand and apply new concepts and solutions Good analytical and reasoning skills Excellent presentation skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Should have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills Be adaptable / flexible and proactive in taking initiatives Should be customer focused Job Qualifications Graduate / masters degree in English Literature / Mass Communication / Journalism with excellent command over English Experience 2+ years Location • Chennai
