Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of our SAAS product and document requirements effectively. Produce high-quality documentation meeting standards ensuring it resonates with our diverse user base. Craft transparent API documentation with meticulous endpoint descriptions and practical examples, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure precision in representing intricate technical details. Develop user-friendly interface text, online help, and developer guides that prioritize clarity and ease of understanding within the context of SAAS product. In addition, contribute to the design and creation of tutorials aimed at empowering end-users across a spectrum of applications, leveraging your expertise in SAAS to enhance their overall experience. Ensure documentation aligns with the user experience, collaborating with product managers and UX/UI designers. Craft engaging blog posts on new features, updates, and best practices. Collaborate with developers and support teams to understand and address common error scenarios. Draft clear and concise customer-facing emails with accurate information. Analyze existing and potential content for enhancement. Qualifications: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred. Skillset required: Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the SAAS or technology industry. Experience in creating API documentation and developer guides. Familiarity with user interface text and online help development. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using documentation tools and version control systems. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams & familiarity with industry best practices in technical writing. Familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
