Job Description

As a Business development representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. You will actively prospect for new business opportunities, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and negotiate terms with clients. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach efforts. Developing business through outreach to new and current leads. Dealing with Domestic & International clients Emails, conduct sales presentations/Web demos to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services. Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Ensuring that all sales activities are updated in Salesforce. Develop and implement sales plans and projects for new and existing services. Should be able to recommend solutions based on customer's requirements. Must handle customer queries and client service. Ability to work independently & continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development. Skills Required Should have more than 1 to 2 years of hand on with business development/sales. Should have experience in Product sales. Should have experience in International sales. Must have problem solving, good coordinating & analytical skills. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written. Willingness to work in digital, and create a positive impact by creating web and mobile solutions for people with disabilities. Prior knowledge of IT would be an advantage. Qualification: BSc-IT, BCA, MCA or MBA in Marketing preferred.
