Technical Writer

• 3~5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or User Assistance Developer, preferably in a cloud or enterprise software environment.

• Proven experience creating technical documentation for complex software products, ideally within the SAP ecosystem.

• Experience in at least one SAP project or support project, with a specific focus on documenting business processes that align with SAP modules and configurations.

• Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the ECC environment.

• Proficiency with SAP-specific documentation tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Enable Now, SAP Document Management System) and industry-standard documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Git, Oxygen XML).

• Proficiency with screenshot and image editing tools to create enhanced, visually clear documentation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
