The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API documentation and XML DITA, with a strong technical background and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex information. Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for APIs, including user guides, integration manuals, and system documentation. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand and document payment gateway systems and related banking technologies. Write and edit technical documents in XML DITA, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Create clear and concise user documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides for both technical and non-technical users. Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather detailed information. Manage documentation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in payment gateway technologies and API documentation best practices.
