About The Role

We are looking for a

skilled Technical Writer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that makes complex concepts easy to understand. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality content that supports our users and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, and maintain user manuals, product guides, FAQs, API documentation, and knowledge base articlesTranslate complex technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging contentCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather information and ensure accuracyStandardize content across platforms to maintain consistency in tone and styleEdit, proofread, and review technical documents to ensure clarity and qualityStay updated with product changes, industry standards, and documentation best practices

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field

2–6 years of proven experience
