Technical US Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role requires a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, excellent leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment for US clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to meet delivery targets. Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Understand client requirements and assign tasks to the team accordingly. Source candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals. Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and vendors. Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure timely follow-up. Coordinate with Account Managers and clients for candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback. Train and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring best recruitment practices are followed. Track daily performance metrics and report to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 - 5 years of US IT recruitment experience. Hands-on experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social platforms. Proven ability to close technical positions across various IT domains (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable working in US time zones. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in HR, IT, or a related field. Experience working with ATS/CRM tools. Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
