Technical US IT Recruiter

As a US Recruiter/Senior US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for working on a variety of requirements across technologies and submitting relevant profiles based on client needs. In this role, you will ensure that the required number of profiles with desired quality are submitted to all client requirements. It is essential to be flexible to work in Night Shifts (EST Time). Your main responsibilities will include handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. This involves thoroughly understanding and working on client requirements, analyzing, searching, calling, and submitting consultant profiles from various sources such as job portals, references, and networking sites. You will also be responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status updates regularly. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1b, E3, TN, and EAD (OPT, H4). Familiarity with different US Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp) is also required, along with experience in recruiting from various domains and VMS/Direct client-based US recruiting. Additionally, you should be proactive and able to engage in just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Managing multiple job requisitions effectively and delivering on a high volume basis is crucial. Utilizing both traditional and out-of-the-box recruiting strategies to close positions as per client needs is expected. A good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting is necessary, along with the ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates from multiple recruiting sources.,
