Technical Training Specialist (Wires & EWA)

Objective:

Deliver engaging technical training sessions for electricians and periodically refresh the sales team on electrical fundamentals, product knowledge, and marketing strategies to enhance skills, boost selling confidence, and strengthen brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Technical Training:

  Conduct sessions on electrical fundamentals, product applications, and marketing strategies.
• Train large groups of electricians (100120) in

  Marathi

  and refresh sales teams periodically.
• Use

  visual aids, diagrams, and real-world examples

  for clarity.

• Engage Participants:

  Apply

  case studies

  ,

  storytelling

  , and

  practical examples

  .
• Conduct

  interactive quizzes

  ,

  group activities

  , and

  Q&A sessions

  .

• Manage Technical Setup:

  Operate

  laptops, projectors, sound systems

  , and other AV equipment.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all training tools.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Prepare detailed reports including

  participant lists, photos, and feedback summaries

• Maintain

  attendance records

  and photo documentation.

• Event Coordination:

  Prepare

  certificates

  ,

  invitation cards

  , and manage

  registrations

• Handle

  hotel billing and payment

  related to training events.

Experience & Qualification:

• Education:

  Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Electrical products (wires, switchgear, switches, house wiring).

• Experience:

  Prior experience in technical training or electrical industry preferred; ability to engage large audiences and conduct interactive sessions.

• Other:

  Strong communication in Marathi, presentation skills, and willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
