About the Role

Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs on [insert relevant domains: Software Development, Networking, Cloud, Embedded Systems, etc.].
• Conduct training sessions at colleges, partner institutes, and client sites across Tamil Nadu.
• Develop training content, presentations, exercises, and assessments tailored to learners.
• Ensure practical, interactive, and industry-relevant sessions.
• Evaluate participant progress through tests, projects, and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide feedback to the Training Manager on session effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Trainer / Faculty / Corporate Trainer.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
