Technical Corporate Trainer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Deliver

  instructor-led technical training

  on Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
• Train participants on

  Dynamics 365, Azure services, and Power Platform

  (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Conduct training sessions aligned with

  MS-300, MB-500, MB-700, MB-820

  , and other relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Explain

  real-world implementation scenarios

  , architecture, customization, and best practices.
• Design, create, and continuously update

  training content, demos, presentations, and hands-on labs

  .
• Support learners through

  technical queries, assessments, lab exercises, and project guidance

  .
• Track participant progress and provide feedback to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the

  latest Microsoft product updates, certification changes, and industry trends

  .

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 2–10 years of hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical roles

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  customization, extensions, integrations, security, and deployments

  in Dynamics 365.
• Experience with

  Azure services and Power Platform integrations

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Azure / Power Platform) and

  Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)

  credentials are a strong advantage.
