Technical Trainer

Role Overview: As a Technical Trainer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to meet the organization's needs. Your solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and passion for teaching and learning will contribute to the success of our training department. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive technical training programs and materials based on identified needs and objectives. - Deliver engaging and informative training sessions in person and virtually, ensuring effective communication and understanding. - Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training programs are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. - Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, making necessary adjustments for improvement. - Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to enhance employees" technical skills and knowledge. - Maintain training records, prepare progress reports to track training effectiveness and employee performance. - Stay updated with technology advancements and industry trends to incorporate relevant changes into training programs. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience. - Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role in delivering technical training programs. - Strong understanding of programming languages, software, and tools. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to adapt training delivery methods to suit different learning styles and environments. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - Certification in training and development is a plus. - Willingness to relocate to Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam.,
