Job Overview:

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on AI and ML. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs on AI and ML technologies and frameworks.

- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.

- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including data scientists, developers, and IT professionals.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and incorporate them into training programs.

- Assess the training needs of clients and tailor training programs to meet their specific requirements.

- Provide post-training support and mentoring to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI/ML solutions.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other trainers to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI and ML technologies.

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python, R).

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs.

- Certification in relevant AI/ML technologies (e.g., Google AI, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
