Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Trainer, located in Patna with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, conducting training sessions, and assessing trainees' progress. Day-to-day tasks include creating training materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and collaborating with other trainers to ensure training effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include providing feedback to improve training programs and staying updated with the latest technology advancements.

Qualifications

• Technical Trainers and Technical Training skills
• Experience in Training & Development
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
• Experience in S.T.E.M. education is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or related field
