Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer at Zoho in Tirunelveli, you will play a crucial role in educating our Customers, Partners, and citizen developers/community on Zoho Developer Experience products. With 2-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical training materials, devising training strategies, and conducting live and virtual training sessions. Your key responsibilities will include developing training content such as presentations, documentation, videos, and e-learning modules. You will facilitate training sessions for various target groups, demonstrate product functionalities, and handle queries effectively. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of training workshops, collect feedback for continuous improvement, and stay updated with product features. To excel in this role, you must hold a degree in a relevant technical field and have proven experience as a technical trainer. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory, along with the ability to present technical information clearly and engage in public speaking. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential attributes for this position. Desired skills such as familiarity with learning management systems, experience with programming languages, knowledge of developer experience products in Zoho, and technical training certifications would be considered advantageous.
