Technical Trainer (DBMS / DSA)

The Technical Trainer for DBMS & DSA will be responsible for delivering interactive and engaging training sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DBMS and DSA concepts, strong communication skills, and relevant teaching experience. The role will involve preparing and conducting lectures, creating learning materials, assessing student progress, and providing hands-on training in these critical areas of computer science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Training: Teach DBMS and DSA concepts to students through well-structured and engaging lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
• Curriculum Development: Develop course materials, training guides, assignments, and projects that enhance learning and keep up with industry trends.
• Student Assessment: Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises. Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve their skills.
• Practical Sessions: Conduct lab sessions and real-world problem-solving activities, helping students apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
• Workshops & Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to further enhance students’ understanding of DBMS and DSA topics.
• Industry Collaboration: Stay updated on the latest advancements in DBMS and DSA and collaborate with industry experts to bring the latest knowledge into the classroom.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students regarding career development, research projects, and competitive programming.
• Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest developments in DBMS, DSA, and related technologies. Attend professional development workshops and conferences to continually enhance your skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Database Management Systems (DBMS) and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Strong understanding of core concepts like relational databases, SQL, normalization, indexing, and query optimization for DBMS, and understanding of algorithms, data structures, time and space complexities for DSA.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience in teaching or training in a technical environment (academic or corporate) is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Ability to engage and motivate students, with a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a technical trainer or faculty member in DBMS and DSA.
• Experience with online learning platforms, MOOCs, or e-learning content development.
• Knowledge of modern technologies and tools related to databases and algorithm design.
• Certification in DBMS, DSA, or related technologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
