Job Description

You will be working as a Server Support Engineer/Cloud Support at a well-known MNC in Gurgaon and Pune. The company is looking for immediate joiners who are Technical Graduates. If you are a fresher, you can apply with a CTC of up to 4.5 LPA, and for experienced candidates, the CTC can go up to 8.4 LPA. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and troubleshooting hardware issues related to all O365 products - Installing, navigating, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems - Navigating, configuring, and troubleshooting applications, specifically Exchange issues - Handling internet and networking, Outlook, and SharePoint related tasks - Using, configuring, and troubleshooting protection software To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Excellent communication and English speaking skills - Ability and willingness to learn - Dependability and attention to detail - Good listening and responding skills - Willingness to take up challenges and go the extra mile - Great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure You will be required to work in US (24*7) shifts on a rotational basis.
