Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to technical issues
Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide customers with step-by-step solutions
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or system requirements
Maintain a courteous, solution-oriented approach during all interactions
Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
Meet service targets related to response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Experience: 6 months to 4 years in technical support, voice-based BPO, or customer service
Basic knowledge of computers, troubleshooting, and good typing speed
Problem-solver with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
