Job Description

Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) Science/ B Sc with Diploma in Dialysis Technique
Experience: 1 year working experience in the Dialysis unit of a reputed hospital. Fresher may also apply.

Provide high-quality patient care during dialysis treatments Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications Educate patients on health maintenance and care Respond to patient needs and emotional concerns

Assist healthcare professionals during procedures Ensure proper functioning and sterilization of dialysis equipment Manage patient scheduling and optimize patient flow Perform routine maintenance tasks on dialysis machines

Assemble the dialysis machine.
Ensure the dialysis machine works properly before beginning the treatment.
Observe patients during treatment to monitor for signs of medical emergencies.
Make alterations to treatment to maintain safe application.
Work with consultants and nurses to administer the correct treatment for each individual.
Maintain a logbook for minor troubleshooting.
Maintain disinfection schedule for all dialysis machines.

Ensure sterilization of operating equipment before use.
