We are seeking a Technical Support professional for our Indian MNC Client to join our team in Bangalore

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address recurring issues and improve product functionality.
  • Educate customers on best practices and product features.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for technology.
