Job Description: As a Senior Tech Sales Associate at Adeeba e-Services, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers experiencing computer issues. You will be required to diagnose the problems effectively and recommend the most suitable technical support plan and relevant software to address the customer's needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers from the US, Australia, and Canada, providing them with top-notch technical assistance round the clock. Your proficiency in understanding customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales of technical support plans. As part of our team, you can look forward to a competitive remuneration package that includes a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, along with attractive incentives. You will have the chance to earn daily, attendance, and monthly sales incentives, in addition to a salary hike of 15% - 20% based on your last drawn salary. Furthermore, you will be eligible for a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 annually and a referral bonus of Rs. 2000 for every successful candidate you recommend.
