Technical Support Specialist UPI Services

Job Title : Technical Support Specialist UPI Services

Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience : 1-3

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to technical queries from users, merchants, and partners.
Diagnose and resolve UPI transaction failures, API errors, and integration bugs.
Maintain documentation and FAQs for UPI services.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Monitor UPI performance metrics and escalate anomalies.

Qualifications:

24 years in technical support or API integration roles.
Familiarity with UPI architecture, NPCI guidelines, and payment APIs.
Strong debugging and communication skills.
Experience with ticketing systems and log analysis tools.
