Job Title : Technical Support Specialist UPI Services

Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience : 1-3

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical queries from users, merchants, and partners.
  • Diagnose and resolve UPI transaction failures, API errors, and integration bugs.
  • Maintain documentation and FAQs for UPI services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Monitor UPI performance metrics and escalate anomalies.

Qualifications:

  • 24 years in technical support or API integration roles.
  • Familiarity with UPI architecture, NPCI guidelines, and payment APIs.
  • Strong debugging and communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and log analysis tools.
