About Us: At “IZI” , we are revolutionizing the world of consumer drones with cutting-edge technology, innovative design, and a passion for excellence Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English , a B.Tech background , and hands-on experience in resolving technical and electronic product queries . You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support and troubleshooting assistance for our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries related to technical and electronic issues through phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and guide customers step-by-step through solutions. Log all customer interactions and support issues in the system accurately. Escalate complex issues to senior support or engineering teams with detailed documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and new releases. Work closely with the engineering and product teams to provide feedback from the field. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Communicate clearly and effectively in Hindi and English , depending on customer preference. Required Qualifications & Skills: B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field. 1+ years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles. Strong understanding of electronic hardware and system-level troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English — both written and verbal. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner to non-technical users. Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and CRM platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and patience.
