Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is ready to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. This role involves providing 24/7 technical support to our diverse client base across Australia, the US, the Philippines, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the UK, on a rotational shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock technical support for clients, addressing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot problems related to Linux, Windows Server, and VOIP systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members to tackle complex technical issues.
• Maintain meticulous records of client issues and resolutions in our support tracking system.
• Manage and troubleshoot office staff laptops and network infrastructure.
• Ensure continuous network performance and security.

Requirements

• knowledge of Linux commands and operating systems.
• knowledge of Windows Server and VOIP systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with our international client base.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, covering 24/7 operations.

Salary

• ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
