Key Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock technical support for clients, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  Linux

  Windows Server

  VoIP systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and updates in the support tracking system.
• Manage and troubleshoot office staff laptops, desktops, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure continuous system uptime, network performance, and security.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of

  Linux commands and administration

• Familiarity with

  Windows Server

  VoIP systems

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Excellent
