Technical Support Specialist in Email Security

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist in Email Security, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support through calls, emails, and remote sessions. Your aim should be to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by delivering efficient support services. You will be expected to have a good understanding of email systems, DNS, and mail client configuration. Additionally, you will be managing Cisco Ironport / Cisco ESA and Symantec Message Gateway for Email Threat Prevention. Key Responsibilities: - Prevent unwanted emails using Adaptive Reputation, combat spam with Anti-Spam Policies, and tackle malware with AntiMalware Policies. - Monitor and rectify information security deficiencies, weaknesses, and gaps identified through audits, reviews, and security control assessments. - Conduct close monitoring of the infrastructure and compile information from various sources for analysis. - Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn new technologies related to work and be proactive in self-training. - Ensure high availability of services as per the requirement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of Any Graduate / Post Graduate. - 2-6 years of experience in technical support, preferably in email security. - Certification in any Email Security related solution would be advantageous.
