About the Role

We are hiring an L1 Technical Support Specialist to support our SaaS customers. You will be the first point of contact for support queries, help resolve basic to moderately complex issues, and escalate when required. This role is suited for candidates who want to grow in the SaaS support domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to senior engineers when needed.
• Work with the development team to report bugs and product issues.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Follow internal support processes and contribute to improvements.
• Keep yourself updated with the latest tools and technologies.
• Use analytical thinking to solve problems effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS / IT / MCA.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of ticketing / monitoring / alerting tools (mention the tools you’ve used).

Good to Have

• Experience with Zendesk / Freshdesk / Intercom / similar tools.
• Knowledge of CRM or automation tools.
