Technical Support Service Desk

Role Overview: You will be a part of the End User Support team, where your primary focus will be to ensure a positive user experience for enterprise users by providing technical resolutions, creating knowledge content, developing user guides, and supporting service desk delivery teams. Your role will involve data analysis, driving improvement plans, preparing presentations, recommending new feature adoption, and staying updated with industry best practices and trends. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical resolutions to enterprise users to enhance their productivity - Conduct data analysis to identify improvement areas - Drive improvement plans in collaboration with delivery teams - Create knowledge content for faster issue resolution - Develop user guides to facilitate self-assistance - Support service desk delivery teams for effective execution - Prepare presentations for various audiences - Provide inputs for automation utilities and test automations - Learn and recommend new feature adoption for ITSM tools - Work on excel reports for data analysis, project tracking, etc. - Participate in client meetings and represent service desk delivery - Research end user support initiatives and propose solutions - Execute or coordinate automation for end user support - Build workflows in ITSM to reduce manual effort - Enable virtual assistants by designing voice and chat bots - Design self-service portals for user convenience - Create request catalogues and orchestration for service request automation Qualification Required: - Any graduate - Effective communication skills, both oral and written,
