Technical Support Service Desk

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical resolution to users of an enterprise organization in order to enable them to work effectively. Your role will involve data analysis to identify improvement areas, driving improvement plans along with delivery teams, and creating knowledge content for technicians to resolve issues faster. Additionally, you will develop user guides, support service desk delivery teams, prepare presentations for various audiences, and provide inputs for automation utilities.
