As a part of the End User Support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive user experience to enterprise users as they interact with technology within their organization. Your strong English speaking and written skills will be essential in helping users improve productivity and adapting to new technology enhancements. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical resolutions to users, analyzing data to identify improvement areas, and driving improvement plans in collaboration with delivery teams. You will be tasked with creating knowledge content for technicians to resolve issues efficiently, developing user guides to empower users to troubleshoot on their own, and supporting service desk delivery teams. Additionally, you will prepare presentations for various audiences, provide inputs for automation utilities, and test automations before deployment. Your role will also involve learning about ITSM tools, recommending new feature adoptions, and working on data analysis reports and project tracking using Excel. Participating in client meetings, staying updated on industry best practices, researching end user support initiatives, and proposing suitable solutions for customers will be integral to your role. You will also be involved in executing or coordinating automation processes, building workflows in ITSM, enabling virtual assistants, designing self-service portals, and creating request catalogues for efficient service request fulfillment.
