Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Representative located in Bengaluru. The Technical Support Representative will provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, handle technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and utilize analytical skills to resolve them. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product - " Business Software ".
• Work with internal departments, address the customer needs and issues related to meet customer's needs
• Experience with intimate calling of potential customers related to IT software requirements for their business needs
• Ability to interact directly with customers to listen to concerns and resolve problems
• Understand the process how to use CRM and ticketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in IT or related field
• Preffered language - Hindi
• Freshers or 1 year experience
