Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TSupport Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer systems, troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in a technical support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems as required.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication with users regarding issue status and resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech / BCA / MCA).
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and general troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Should be comfortable for working in 24x7 rotational shifts.
