Job Description

As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing support related to parking systems, ANPR, access systems, application support, hardware and software knowledge. Your experience in VM based servers will be valuable for remote support. Additionally, your knowledge in interfaces and integration in FASTag, digital signage, etc. will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for parking systems, ANPR, access systems, and application support - Offer remote support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues - Utilize your experience with VM based servers for effective support - Assist in interfaces and integration for FASTag, digital signage, and other related systems Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or M.Tech degree in a relevant field Please note that the job is full-time and the work location is in person.
