Technical Support Professional

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and timely software delivery across environments.
• Install, configure, and manage DevOps toolchain components.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, packaging, deployments, and rollbacks.
• Enforce continuous integration and testing practices aligned with quality and compliance standards.
• Apply DevOps best practices within an Agile delivery framework.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues during service transitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Containers and associated cloud infrastructure/platform solutions.
• Strong experience Unix/Linux environments, and Git (including branching strategies and repository management).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and microservice architecture (e.g., Spring Boot, REST APIs).
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with development and QA teams.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• Exposure to modern frontend and backend frameworks, particularly React.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with Python-based services, especially those integrating AI/ML tools or GenAI frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and inter-service communication patterns.
• Experience working in environments with rapid iteration cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
