As a Technical Support Manager at our Mumbai branch, you will play a crucial role in managing technical training, tender evaluations, project execution, and after-sales support. Your attention to detail will be vital in ensuring accuracy in design and estimation for tender bids. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams. - Evaluate tenders and prepare comprehensive technical documentation. - Manage and closely monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery. - Provide effective after-sales technical support to address any customer queries or issues. - Prepare detailed designs and accurate estimations for tender bids. Qualifications Required: - Strong technical knowledge with a background in B.E./B.Tech. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information. - Proficiency in project management and preparing technical documentation. - Ability to provide customer-focused solutions to meet their technical requirements. - Strong analytical and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
