JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Worked on the PACS Computerization Project involving hardware supply to 4519 societies.
Registered hardware-related complaints and escalated them to the respective OEMs via email.
Knowledge of hardware systems printers technical support.
Followed up with OEMs for resolution status and updates.
Maintained regular communication with customers for feedback and issue closure.
Searched tenders related to hardware, manpower supply, and AMC services.
Maintain proper excel and data in the system while reverting on calls and mails.
