Installation, configuration, and formatting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues including motherboards, RAM, hard drives, etc. Support and maintenance of CBS software systems used by Apex Bank. Network issue diagnosis and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN connectivity, IP conflicts, etc.). Printer installation, sharing, and maintenance across the branch network. Regular branch visits to provide onsite hardware/network support. Operating system and software installations, updates, and backups.
