Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware components. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner. Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls. Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Ensure data security and perform regular system backups. Assist with installation and maintenance of operating systems, antivirus programs, and utility software. Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements. Ensure adherence to IT policies and standards. Key Skills:Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices. Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and basic server environments. Understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and basic network configuration. Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
