Job Description As a Technical Support Executive in the 50% Voice Process, your role will involve resolving customer queries via calls by troubleshooting technical issues efficiently. You must possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills along with good knowledge in Excel. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting technical issues of customers over calls or through Software - Resolving network issues - Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problems - Providing timely and accurate customer feedback Qualifications Required: - Diploma / BSc CS / BCA / B Tech (EC/ CS/ IT) Additional Company Details: The company is located in Kochi and offers a salary range of 10k to 13k for this full-time position. The nature of the job involves resolving customer queries via calls in a day shift with fixed working hours. The preferred candidate should be an immediate joiner with at least 1 year of technical support experience. Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred for this role.,
