Billing Executive ( Male)

Responsibilities

· Manage / keep inventory movement

· Assist in the development and improvement of billing procedures

· Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with customers, the sales team, and other stakeholders

· Coordinate with Sales and Admin team to ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on overdue accounts.

· Maintain billing records, documentation, and files by company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

· Proven experience in billing or a similar role

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Proficient in using billing software and MS Office

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Good Knowledge in Excel & Word

· Age Limit : Below 30

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

Exp: 06 - 1 year
