Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions via chat and calls. The role involves resolving customer queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and concerns through chat, inbound, and outbound calls
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, and returns
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when required
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and warehouse for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple chats/calls simultaneously
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline
02 years of experience in customer support (chat/call process preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
