Job Description

Profile Responsibilities: 1. Handle and resolve client queries related to Accounts and Tally software. 2. Conduct client visits at their location (fieldwork). 3. Provide training to clients on Accounts and Tally software. 4. Deliver demos related to Tally software and Accounting. 5. Maintain a Queries Sheet to track and document client issues. 6. Maintain a Visit Sheet to log client visits and activities. 7. Update the Daily Dashboard with progress and activities. 8. Prepare and update the Monthly Dashboard for reporting purposes. 9.No Sales Key Skills Required: - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in computer applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) - Knowledge of Basic Accounting - Expertise in Tally software - Clear understanding of Accounting concepts
