Role Overview: You will be joining our Technical Support Process where you will handle inbound customer calls, assist with technical queries, and provide troubleshooting solutions. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced Undergraduate/Graduates who are looking to establish their career in customer support within a premium technical process. This position is based in Gurgaon.
