Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Technical Support Executive. The role involves providing customer and technical support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing customer needs. The Technical Support Executive will manage end-user issues, deliver effective technical solutions, and ensure a high standard of customer service. They will also assist in maintaining smooth IT operations by cooperating with team members and supporting the company's core infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities
• Analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Relevant certifications in IT Support or related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in IT Infrastructure or customer service roles is advantageous
