Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document and track technical issues, solutions, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the development or product team to resolve complex issues.
• Assist in user training and provide guidance on product usage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Certifications in technical support, networking, or relevant software/tools are a plus

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets efficiently.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
