We are hiring candidates for International Tech Support. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply!

Job Criteria:

- Immediate joiners required (available to join within 15-20 days)

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Technical Voice Process (Healthcare & Desktop Support, Domestic Help Desk and AR Calling experience cannot be considered.)

- Freshers with Excellent communication skills are welcome!

- Ability to handle real-time voice calls

- Any UG qualification / HSC / Diploma

Compensation

CTC: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA (varies based on experience)

Location

Shift Details:

- 5-day work week with rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts

- No calls accepted; share your resume via WhatsApp only

Job Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve technical and software issues for US & UK customers via voice calls and remote chat support

- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, malware, software setups, email clients, wireless connectivity, and peripherals

- Ensure timely, professional responses to customer requests and complaints

- Support customers in setting up/repairing peripherals and devices via network

- Accurately record interactions in CRM

- Follow standard processes and procedures

- Stay updated on Windows updates, patches, client-specific tools, and latest technology trends

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in home networking, printer, and IoT device troubleshooting

- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS

- Knowledge of networking concepts

- Willingness to learn new technologies

- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome!

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot internet, router, and device issues

- Support customers in setting up/repairing peripherals

- Use knowledge base and internet for issue resolution
