Technical Support Engineer

As an IoT Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 1 year experience, your role will involve testing IoT based Remote Monitoring Devices for solar projects (GSM / Wifi / LAN). You will be responsible for coordinating with customers to understand technical details on-site and providing technical support for the installation and troubleshooting of Monitoring Devices. Additionally, you will ensure the successful device confirmation as per standard operating procedures. Your role will also include post-sales technical support, electronics component Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, and electronics component procurement.
