Job Description

Provide Level 2/3 technical support for production applications.
Should have good exposure in handling the team.Write and optimise SQL queries to generate business reports and insights as per client requirementsTroubleshoot API and service-related issues.Work on Unix/Linux environments for system operations and issue resolution.Perform root cause analysis and ensure permanent fixes.Monitor systems using ELK, Dynatrace, or equivalent tools.Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle in line with ITIL practices.Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to resolve client issues.Document processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Key Qualifications & Skill Sets:
6+ years of experience in technical/production support.Strong SQL knowledge with ability to write complex queries.Working knowledge of REST APIs.Unix/Linux experience, including troubleshooting and basic scripting.Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Incident Management experience in BFSI domain.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
