Technical Support Engineer I

As a member of the Celigo team located in Hyderabad, India, you will be part of a group that is at the forefront of application integration innovation. Your primary role within Celigo's CloudExtend team will involve enhancing enterprise user productivity through the integration of top-tier enterprise systems with widely-used consumer applications. By focusing on user experience and deep insightful integration, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing how businesses, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small boutique establishments, engage with cloud systems like NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, and more. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support and troubleshooting to users, diagnosing and resolving software issues, managing bug fixing and issue resolution, monitoring system performance, collaborating with development teams, and creating technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures and deployment steps. Continuous learning is encouraged to stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, enhancing your technical skills. The ideal candidate for this role should possess technical skills in AWS, .NET, MongoDB, Angular, and JavaScript. Additionally, familiarity with version control tools, cloud monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CloudFormation, and CDK templates will be beneficial.
