Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to VMware products such as vSphere, vSAN, and NSX.
  • Troubleshoot complex network infrastructure issues using CCNA Voice skills and DHCP/DNS knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document resolutions to known issues in a timely manner to ensure efficient issue management.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in VMware technologies (vSphere, vSAN).
  • Strong understanding of CCNA Voice certification principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in DHCP/DNS protocols and their implementation on various platforms.
